All rentals are subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the rental agreement.    

Currency: All our rates are in UAE Dirhams

Minimum Rental Period: Minimum rental period is one day. One day rental is calculated 24 hours and any additional hour/s period will be calculated 1/3 of the daily rate.

Driver’s Qualification:

Driver muse be 25 years and above and in possession of a valid UAE Driving License which should be one year old. Visitors must have a valid international driving permit from the country of origin.

Terms of Payment:

UAE Dirhams and any foreign currency (on the exchange rates of the particular day).

Individuals:  A credit card is a must. An imprint along with a pre-authorisation covering the estimated rental and insurance charges will be obtained on the credit card.

For Corporates – negotiated terms apply

Insurance:

All Value Plus vehicles are comprehensively insured. Insurance covers driver passengers to the vehicles capacity and third party. Coverage subject to insurance company terms and conditions and in the UAE Territories only.

Accidents

In the event of an Accident to the vehicle whilst being driven or stationary, the renter must call the Traffic Police and obtain a police report and repair slip. Failure to do so will render the renter liable for all costs incurred to repair the vehicle in question.

A non waivable insurance excess of AED. 1000.00 only will be payable by the renter, if and only if the renter is certified faulty by the traffic police.

Fuel Charges

Fuel charges are not included in the rental price. The vehicle is provided with a full tank of petrol which needs to be returned on return of vehicle. A 10% surcharge will be applicable, if the vehicle is refueled by the Value Plus.

Traffic Fines

A fee of AED. 30.00 will be charged for each traffic and municipality fine incurred during the vehicle’s rental period and paid by Value Plus.

Delivery & Collection

Free during Value Plus working hours and a late fee of AED. 50.00 will be charged for late hours delivery and collection within Dubai city limits.
